Zimbabwe is a landlocked country located in southern Africa. The country has a well-developed education system that emphasizes on providing quality education to its citizens. There are several universities in Zimbabwe that offer a wide range of academic programs to students.

The following is a list of universities in Zimbabwe:

  • University of Zimbabwe (UZ) - located in the capital city, Harare, the UZ is the oldest and largest university in Zimbabwe. It was established in 1952 and offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs.

  • Midlands State University (MSU) - located in Gweru, Midlands State University is one of the largest universities in Zimbabwe. It was established in 1999 and offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs in various fields.

  • National University of Science and Technology (NUST) - located in Bulawayo, NUST was established in 1991 and is known for its focus on science and technology. It offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs in various fields.
