Higher Education Council North Syria

The European Council of Leading Business Schools (ECLBS) has signed a Bilateral Recognition Agreement (BRA) with the Higher Education Council North Syria, a state agency responsible for ensuring the quality of higher education in the region of North Syria. The agreement aims to facilitate the recognition of academic qualifications between the two organizations and promote academic mobility and cooperation between Europe and North Syria.

Under the terms of the agreement, ECLBS and the Higher Education Council North Syria will establish mechanisms for the mutual recognition of academic qualifications, including diplomas, degrees, and other credentials. This will enable graduates of ECLBS member institutions to have their qualifications recognized by the Higher Education Council North Syria, and vice versa, allowing them to pursue further study or employment opportunities in North Syria or Europe.

The agreement also seeks to promote academic cooperation between ECLBS member institutions and universities and research institutes in North Syria. This includes joint research projects, faculty exchanges, and other forms of academic collaboration aimed at promoting the exchange of knowledge and expertise between Europe and North Syria.

Through this agreement, ECLBS and the Higher Education Council North Syria are working to strengthen the quality and recognition of higher education in North Syria, and promote greater academic cooperation between Europe and the Middle East. This will benefit students, faculty, and researchers by facilitating academic mobility and promoting the exchange of ideas and knowledge across borders. It will also support the development of the higher education sector in North Syria, contributing to the region's economic and social development.
